The work I do is personal, private, and shaped around your life.
I work one-on-one with people who are outwardly managing life, yet inwardly feel stuck—emotionally unclear, second-guessing themselves, or standing at a turning point they can’t navigate alone.
Because of this, my coaching is not a fixed package, not a quick fix, and not a one-time solution.
A note on how I think about investment
Most people I work with—single or married—are earning a steady income, managing EMIs, responsibilities, and savings, while also harbouring an unspoken need for inner clarity and personal growth.
This kind of work:
cannot be priced like a salon visit or a gym membership
cannot be reduced to a course or a “hack”
and also shouldn’t feel unreachable or intimidating for someone genuinely seeking help
I try to walk a middle path—one that respects:
The reality of our financial lives
The seriousness and depth this work requires
and the importance of commitment from both sides
Why pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all
Every person comes with a different context, pace, and depth of work needed. Some people need a short exploratory phase.Others benefit from a longer, weekly engagement to build real clarity and self-trust.
Because of this, investment is decided through conversation, not assumption.
This also means:
There’s no comparison between clients
no “packages” that flatten human experience
and no pressure to fit yourself into something that doesn’t feel right
An invitation
If you’re feeling called to do this work, the best next step is a conversation.
We’ll talk about:
where you are right now
What kind of support would be most useful
, and whether working together feels aligned—for both of us.
From there, we can explore structure and investment in a way that feels clear, fair, and grounded.
If you’re feeling called to do this work, the best next step is a conversation. You’re welcome to reach out to begin that conversation here.
A few common questions
Is this therapy or counselling?
My work is coaching-based, not therapy in the clinical sense.
However, where appropriate, I may draw from tools and frameworks inspired by CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Positive Psychology to support reflection, emotional clarity, and self-understanding.
These tools are used to assist insight and awareness, not diagnosis or treatment. It’s reflective, narrative-based work that helps you understand your patterns and arrive at your own answers, rather than being diagnosed, treated, or advised.
The focus remains on helping you understand your inner narratives, patterns, and choices, and develop a more conscious relationship with yourself.
Do you offer one-time sessions?
Generally, no.
This work is designed to be ongoing and relational, because meaningful clarity and change emerge over time, not from a single conversation
That said:
One-time or occasional sessions are offered only to clients who have already completed a coaching engagement with me and are seeking support, reflection, or recalibration at a later stage
These follow-up sessions are offered at a special, discounted rate as a continuation of our existing work.
For new clients, I usually recommend beginning with a conversation to explore what kind of engagement would be most supportive, rather than a one-off session.
Do you offer refunds?
No. I don’t offer refunds once we begin working together.
This is because the work involves time, presence, and emotional engagement from the very first session. Commitment and responsibility are an important part of the process, and I make sure we have a clear conversation before starting so expectations are aligned on both sides.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you feel emotionally stuck, at a turning point, or caught in patterns you don’t fully understand—and you’re open to doing reflective, honest inner work—this may be a good fit.
The best way to know is to start with a conversation.
