The Journey of Self: 3-Month Coaching Program

This is a 3-month commitment to deep inner work. Not a quick fix. Not surface-level tips. Real transformation through pattern-breaking, grief processing, and clarity-building. 

What's Included 

•  12 weekly coaching sessions (75 minutes each)

• Email support between sessions (48-hour response time for reflections and breakthroughs)

• Custom journaling prompts and CBT-based worksheets

• Wheel of Life assessment (at start and completion)

• All tools and resources needed for your inner work

Total program duration: 3 months (12 weeks)

Payment options

Option 1: Pay-in-Full (Recommended) ₹80,000

Option 2: Monthly Instalments 

Month 1 (Sessions 1-4): ₹30,000 due at enrollment

Month 2 (Sessions 5-8): ₹30,000 due on day 1 of month 2

Month 3 (Sessions 9-12): ₹30,000 due on day 1 of month 3

Note: This is a 3-month commitment. Monthly payments do not allow for month-to-month cancellation.

What Happens After You Enroll.

Step 1: Make your payment via Razorpay (secure payment link below)

Step 2: You'll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with onboarding materials

Step 3: We'll schedule your 12 sessions (weekly, at a consistent day/time that works for you)

Step 4: Before Session 1, you'll complete a pre-program questionnaire and Wheel of Life assessment

Commitment & Refund policy : 

This is a 3-month program with a firm commitment 

Once enrolled, you commit to the full 3 months (12 sessions). This is necessary because:

• Deep transformation takes time (patterns don't break in 4 weeks)

• Consistency is essential for this work

• The most uncomfortable parts (where breakthroughs happen) come in Months 2-3

Refund Policy:

If you need to withdraw within the first 2 sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a prorated refund minus sessions completed.

After Session 3, no refunds—but we can pause and resume within 6 months if life circumstances require it.

This policy protects both of us: It ensures you're truly ready, and it allows me to hold space for deep work without you quitting, when it gets uncomfortable.

Rescheduling & Flexibility 

Life happens. I understand.

• You can reschedule up to 2 sessions per month with 24-hour notice 

• Emergency rescheduling is handled case-by-case with compassion

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited (this honors both our time)

Q: What if I need to pause the program due to emergency? 

A: We can pause and resume within 6 months. Life happens—I understand

Q: Do you offer sliding scale or financial assistance?

Q: Can I do this program from anywhere? 

A: Yes. All sessions are conducted via video call (Google Meet/Zoom).

Q: What if I'm in therapy—can I still do this program? 

A: Yes. Coaching and therapy complement each other. Many clients do both.
