This is a 3-month, one-to-one guided journaling journey where we work together privately to help you get relief from confusion and begin making sense of what’s really going on beneath the surface.

How it works?
You begin with a private onboarding form. This helps me understand where you feel stuck and what you’re seeking relief from right now.
We meet on Google Meet (1:1)- In our first session, we focus on one core issue you want clarity on — not your entire life
You receive personalised journal prompts. Based on your situation, I design specific prompts for you to write by hand. These are not generic questions — they are tailored to your thinking patterns. You reflect and share privately. You send your reflections to me before our next session.
Everything is confidential, and we work within a clear privacy agreement. We meet again to reflect and clarify. We look at what emerged from your writing and name patterns, and refine the direction. New prompts are then offered, and the process continues.
Each month includes:
Weekly journaling prompts | Two private Google Meet sessions | Ongoing, structured support through reflection.
